Our goal is for every homeowner to have a fantastic experience building a new home at Henning Estates. We encourage homeowners to
take time to ask questions, lots of questions! Please make every effort to understand the building process and know what to expect.
How long does it take to build?
Keep in mind, the timeline also depends on the time of year the home is started, weather conditions and timely homeowner selections.
Do you finish basements?
YES WE DO!
Finishing the basement is a popular request. We are happy to discuss your basement plans and price a finished basement package upon request.
Do you break ground in the winter?
It would be unusual to break ground from December to March however, occasionally when weather conditions permit, it does occur.
What size are the homesites?
Our base prices include a 1/3 acre homesite and we also offer larger 1/2 and 1 acre homesites.
When will you open Phase 2?
We intend to begin Phase 2 when the first phase of Henning Estates is approximately 90% completed.
What if I need to sell my home first?

We would be happy to meet with you to discuss what we’ve seen in the market and can suggest ideas to sell your home more quickly.
Do you paint the interior?
YES WE DO!
We include painting the interior of our homes a neutral color of Linen White in different sheens as appropriate for different materials.
How does financing work?
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
Once the complete earnest money is received, the only further obligation for the buyer is to have the remainder due at closing. A typical structure is signing the contract agreement and providing the initial deposit followed by the remainder of the earnest money which will be due within 30 days from signing the contract. The balance is due at closing.

Henning Estates is located within McHenry County and Coral Township. We are approximately 3 miles from I-90.
Is a security system included?

How far is the grocery store?
UNDER 10 MINUTES!
Our local market is Sullivan’s Foods about 9 minutes away in Marengo. Our big box grocer is Jewel Osco about 14 minutes away in Huntley.
